in the past 5 months of owning my Z, ive spent $30,000, so ive got the dosh to get the numbers :P 15K of that was power/reliability mods, 15K was for the sound system alone ;) the basic idea is to have the most expensive Z ever created on the planet :) even spending that much I estimate over 100K still to spend, probably more. After seeing Wagz's uber cool widebody, it is certainly a must, not just for looks, but getting power to the ground, the transmission I was thinking about is the Hollinger SQ6, but I really like the H type of shifting, so I will probably end up going for an OSgiken gear set, a custom gear set, or a Getrag 6, the current engine internals will include jun/giken pistons, crower titanium conrods, and a lightweight billet 1 piece crank, there is talk of taking capacity up to 3.5 ltr but we will see about that, I will ask the questions closer to the time of going ahead with it all. I am also going to be buying a new engine to do the work to seperate to the engine in the Z atm, so then I dont have to wait a long time for the engine buildup, I just drop it in, and tune it up :)
